The location is a bit remote from American Village. I actually booked the wrong place when I meant to reserve Terrance garden hotel. I really can’t recommend this place to tourists, it was a very bad choice. The receptionist was very impolite. When I said the service was terrible, she said sorry without even looking at me, and that was it. I arrived around 2:30 pm but wasn’t allowed into my room, even though it was ready. While waiting in the lobby I asked for the wifi password, and was told I could only get it once I was in the room. What the hell! We couldn’t communicate in English, and the receptionist didn’t seem fluent in Japanese either. It’s rare to encounter this kind of receptionist, especially in Japan!
