Disney Ambassador Hotel

The people here are what made our visit memorable. Staff were consistently kind and attentive, from the front desk and restaurants to brief encounters in the lobby. They often noticed what guests needed and offered help without making it feel rehearsed, which made us feel welcome throughout the trip. The hotel is comfortable and beautifully cared for, with Disney touches throughout. For a Tokyo Disney Resort visit, the mix of convenience, comfort, and thoughtful service made this a place I’d happily recommend.

You can leave your bags after checkout and pick them up once you’re done at the parks. Guests also get an early entry pass for Disneyland, which means getting in 15 minutes before everyone else, a real advantage. Early access to DisneySea is limited to Fantasy Springs and Mira Costa hotels, though. This is a budget-friendly way to stay at a Disney hotel, with friendly, helpful staff, frequent shuttles to both parks, and park tickets available at the guest counter.

We spent two nights here, and the service was the best I’ve experienced. Everyone, from housekeeping to reception, was great. The shuttle to Disneyland came often, and we used it to get to breakfast at Disney Land hotel before being ready for happy entry at 8:30pm. We also ended up spending time at Ikspiari shopping mall almost every day. I’d easily stay here again for Disney Land.

The room was a great size for our family of five, even if it didn’t feel especially Disney themed. There were plenty of free extras, and the location worked well for shops, restaurants, and both Disneyland resorts. The dedicated buses were handy at the end of the day. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the photo with Mickey, though the food selection was just average. Walking in from the Disney bus stop and seeing the Mickey statue in the lobby was exciting, and check-in went smoothly. The big letdown was finding the pool closed in such hot weather. Otherwise, it was a very good stay.
