The service and location were both strong, and breakfast had a few standout bits: the Hokkaido milk and chocolate ice creams were great, the tsukemono selection was excellent, and the pancake machine made two small, tasty pancakes that kids would probably love. But the buffet felt much more limited than the photos suggested. There was only pineapple for fruit, very little bread, and the tiny toast was quite dry. The scrambled eggs were silky and good, but the rest of that corner was fries, sausages, and yakisoba. I missed options like ham or cheese. There was tea in the room but no coffee. Decent hotel with really good service, though I wouldn't get breakfast every day. One morning is enough to try nearly everything, or you could skip it altogether.

The bedding was good, and the amenities and basic electronics were excellent. Breakfast was lovely too, with both Japanese and Western dishes. I got the sense that lots of parents and children were staying for entrance exams this time. The hotel's casual service left me thinking plenty of guests come back.

I only stayed about one night as an in-between stop and wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be a great experience. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were amazing, and the facilities were fantastic. I'm not a big fan of Japanese breakfast, so I didn't enjoy that part, though the setup itself was fantastic. For someone looking for good value near the exhibition halls, this is a very good hotel. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is on the top floor, and the view through the windows is really nice. Staff were friendly, too. The rooms are on the small side, and the elevator doors shut quicker than I expected. Apparently there's also a special room for weddings here.

I was here for five nights. The place is very close to the subway and Makuhari Messe, though the price felt a bit high for the size of the accommodation, especially since it was a weekend. The staff are extremely friendly. I doubt you'll find a friendlier hotel. A few of them could speak a little English and Korean.
