I lost my phone and was really upset, but the front desk staff helped me look for it, even in the middle of the night. When I checked out, they handed over the phone they'd found and asked, “Is this it?” I felt like they'd saved me. I'll be more careful not to lose it again, and I'd like to stay here again.

It's handy for the station, and check-in at a terminal is pretty standard these days. The room was clean and about average overall. But the area around the bathtub smelled moldy, and the yukata smelled awful. Even if you're carrying a lot, bringing your own pajamas is a good idea 😣. At least the bed didn't smell.

You can't miss it, right in front of the station. Every room having its own microwave is a great touch, and the shower has strong water pressure too 👍️

The room was clean and the service was excellent. There wasn't a clock in the room, which was a little inconvenient, but it wasn't a major issue.
