The place looked really nice when we first arrived, but the room hadn’t been cleaned. Finding someone’s contact lens right in the middle of the floor was disgusting, and we also had to move the bed against the wall. We weren’t allowed to use the hot springs during our stay, even though that was one of the reasons I booked here. Unbelievable. Checking out took over 10 minutes, and the staff asked for our names three times. My friend and I will never stay here again. I wouldn’t even give this place one star.

The rooms are old and seem unsanitary. They tried their best with the buffet, which wasn’t too bad, but I could only stay one night. The place badly needs redoing.
