Horin Hotel

The service was the best.

Good breakfast, and the service was nice.

I was able to get a good night's rest in the Japanese-style room, which I really appreciated in a business hotel. The hotel also has laundry facilities, so I didn't need to head out looking for a coin laundry, and there's a convenience store very close by. I stayed here the night before flying from New Chitose Airport. They kindly let me check in earlier than planned when I asked, which helped a lot. Just remember that you need to reserve the airport shuttle the day before. I forgot and took the train instead, after walking to the station, which is a bit of a distance away.

I picked it because it was cheap. The facilities are a little old, and it’s somewhat far from both the airport and Chitose Station. There’s a convenience store across the street, though, so getting what I needed was easy enough.
