The place is a little run down. The cleaning staff don’t seem to know how to get the mold off around the bathroom taps. Maybe they don’t sell bleach in this town? 😀 It was about 8,000 yen a night, including an all-you-can-eat and drink Japanese buffet for dinner and breakfast. Asahi beer and other Japanese alcohol were included with dinner, though sadly not breakfast. 😎

I’d never heard of this place before. It’s tucked away in a corner and seems quiet and relaxing. My friend had his mom stay there. They even provide yukatas to wear at the onsen.

The staff were wonderful, and the baths have a charming vintage feel. It’s a 20-minute walk from the train station.
