She noticed my daughter's outfit and offered to help if we had time. The belt was too large, so she went back home to get a smaller one. Then she thought a hair accessory would finish the look, and made another trip home to bring one. We're so thankful to Nakamura Megumi for making my daughter’s day so lovely. 😊

The food was a real highlight, both generous in portion and very high quality. We even got to taste their delicious house-produced yoghurt. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had no problems with the rooms. There are public baths, plus two private family baths guests can use when nobody else has them booked. A really good place to stay.

The location suited my trip, and having a car made it convenient. The rooms don't have a shower or bath, but the onsens are very good. The personal service was really nice.

We really enjoyed the onsen and would recommend it. The people were welcoming and the service was great.

I always come away relaxed, with soft skin. It's a shame there's no cold bath or sauna.
