Our room, 201, was spacious and airy, with a thoughtful layout that made it easy to unwind after long days of travel and exploring. The furnishings felt modern but cozy, and the minimalist style never seemed cold. The bathroom was spotless, stylish, and had good lighting and high-quality fixtures. We were also glad to find a small, functional kitchen area that fit right into the room. The whole hotel was clean and well cared for, from the lobby to our room. The design caught our attention right away: contemporary details alongside raw industrial charm, including exposed concrete walls from the building’s past that felt like art and gave the place a sense of history. The manager made the stay feel especially welcoming. She was professional and attentive, but also genuinely kind. We left refreshed and inspired, already thinking about coming back. For design, comfort, and warm service, I’d recommend the Arcade Hotel.

The rooms face the road, so there was some traffic noise, though it didn’t disturb our sleep. There’s no TV or lift, just stairs to the room, and basic toiletries are provided. Parking is across the street from the hotel. Let the staff know and they’ll validate a parking coupon for you. We stayed one night in this newly renovated hotel after finding it on booking.com. We didn’t have much time to explore, but it’s a lovely, quaint area with a few bars nearby. Staff recommended a very nice soba shop diagonally across the street. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The room is really spacious, and the bathroom amenity kit is very nice. I’ve only just checked in and everything’s already topped my list. The lounge has a kettle and other useful amenities too. Thanks to the staff for helping with check-in and carrying our luggage up the stairs. The retro bunker look is amazing, with raw walls and a beautifully built lounge. The service was great as well. A younger man checked us in and is still practicing his English, but he put in lots of effort to help. We understood everything, and he gave us a complimentary lemonade when we arrived.

A great place to stay in Fuji if you’re deciding where to book. The rooms are really spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the room on the 2f has its own balcony.

I liked the place all around, especially the nice staff. Our room had a very nice view of fuji, and there was a seven eleven close by.
