Breakfast was one of the best parts, with a fresh, well-prepared buffet that covered both Japanese and Western choices. There’s coffee available anytime, too. The traditional onsen is split between men and women, and there are laundry facilities and a smoking room, so it’s set up for a practical short stay. The rooms were smaller than I expected for this area, but thoughtfully laid out and had what I needed. The place felt modern, clean, and comfortable as soon as I arrived, even smelling clean. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A comfortable, efficient option for a short trip, and very well maintained.

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Dinner was incredible, and the waitress who served us was lovely. Breakfast had loads to choose from and was amazing as always. The room was spacious, well equipped, and had great amenities and an amazing Fujisan view. It’s on a main road, but we didn’t hear any traffic noise. This hotel chain always delivers great features. Highly recommend.

I booked a room facing Fujisan, but with the clouds I only got a small glimpse of the iconic mountain. It’s a typical business hotel beside a busy six-lane road, clean and comfortable, though nothing spectacular. I stayed one night and was able to park in the large lot.

The room had a lovely, unobstructed view of fuji, and parking was free. The hotel is very new and clean. The front desk was especially friendly, particularly one guy who looks a lot like korean actor cha woo min. He speaks simple English and smiles a lot. Being handsome is a bonus 🫣

I was there for three nights in November, my first time staying here. The staff were helpful and friendly around the clock, and we had some really good laughs. My only complaint was the noise. I had a Fuji-side room on the fifth floor overlooking the parking lot and main street. Traffic was heavy, and the windows didn’t block much sound, so the room got really loud.
