alo alo - Adults Only

We stayed here with our 5-month-old child and had a lovely visit. The room and meals had thoughtful little touches, and the staff service was excellent. Some reviews mentioned noise, but from our second-floor room we didn't notice any at all. We'd definitely stay again if we get the chance.

The staff are utterly rotten, as others have said. Calling the front desk gets you a dismissive answer. Cleaning is loud, and they work at full volume even in the middle of the night. I'd definitely avoid the first floor. Actually, I recommend not going there at all. I wish the place would just disappear.

It was my first stay here. The price posted outside was completely different from what was displayed at the front desk, and when I got into the room, it didn't feel worth the price at all. I felt ripped off. The photos may look good, but I really wouldn't recommend it.

The outside and the rooms are in terrible shape. Paying 11,000 yen for a weekday stay like this feels like a rip-off. I really should have gone somewhere else. The payment machine is broken too.
