A decent summer place, with a pretty good sized room, a nice patio, and a smart TV as a bonus. The shower water wasn't warm enough. The view was neither great nor bad, and while it's fine in summer, I'm unsure about winter. I've heard it gets cold then. Service fell below standard. Check-in was at 1PM, but we had to wander around for five hours. Then our luggage was moved somewhere else, and somebody else's bags were put in our room. Service really wasn't the best. Still, the place is decent enough for summer.

For me, the place only makes sense at around 5,000 yen a night. The room is listed for four, but it has two pairs of Nitori's cheapest semi-double beds, a loft with only about 40cm of clearance from the ceiling, and a sofa. Four adults would have to squeeze into the small beds or use the sofa. The cotton-filled Nitori duvets are so thin that I couldn't sleep under them in summer or winter. The photos make the exterior look appealing and use a wide-angle lens indoors, so the actual place feels very different and much smaller. The walls are paper-thin: the room temperature follows the outside temperature, and you hear people walking past, shutting doors, and talking. I can't see how it could cost over 40,000 yen. Reviews also seem to be deliberately removed, which makes it look intentional. It's the worst.
