The trailer's a comfortable way to spend a night in the Japanese forest without bringing camping gear. I've enjoyed staying here every time I've come. There isn't much room to move around inside if you're larger, but four or five people can sit and relax comfortably. If someone's at the table, others may need to ask them to stand so they can get past. The WiFi was strong and steady, and the TV has HDMI ports for a Fire Stick, console, or other HDMI device. The BBQ pit has enough room to cook lots of ingredients, and there's a heater underneath to keep your lower body warm when it's cold. Utensils come prepared, new and packaged, with plenty of charcoal, plates, chopsticks, and cups. I'd bring water, though, since the tap water inside, which I believe is drinkable, has a peculiar taste. The toilet is new, with modern features and plenty of paper. The shower has good pressure and enough space for slightly larger people. Soap, towels, and other amenities are provided if you don't bring your own.

We had such a lovely adventure and loved being close to nature. It's a nature stay, not a Ryokan or a fancy hotel, and everything felt carefully thought out and neat.

There was a massive spider in the washroom, and since this is a self-serve property there was nobody around to help. Good luck reaching anyone by phone, too. The property falsely advertises a meal plan, and even the Chat AI confirmed one, but the high price doesn't include meals. Only afterward did the property tell me guests have to bring their own food, and that the Chat AI information came from another reservation site. Who knew? My guest and I showed up without food and had a hike planned for the next day, so we went without eating for 24 hours. I would rate this negative five if I could. Stay at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend it.

The garden area was spacious and had a Hot Spring, sauna, and BBQ setup, and Mt. Fuji was amazing. But I love glamping and this stay was a disaster. Don't come without a car. The nearest bus and store are a 40-minute walk away, and there is no shuttle service, despite the false advertising. Check-in is very late and there's nowhere to store luggage, so we had to drag it around and hire a taxi for the day at $52 an hour. Our room was cramped, about 6.5 feet wide with a table in the middle. I'm glad someone got breakfast and dinner, but we got nothing. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

A nice spot for private camping. We were there during the snowy days and nights, and came away with happy memories. 💝❤️
