Really nice.

We were 12 people from four families, and there was plenty of room to spread out across the five separate sections. It was clean, with plenty of toilets and sinks, and the nearby convenience stores and supermarkets made things easy. The covered BBQ area should be usable in light rain. A washing machine with detergent, a dryer, and a rice cooker were provided, though there were no condiments. You can't see Mt. Fuji from the house, but walk down the stairs and it's right there. We'd definitely stay again. One thing to improve: both knives were dull, and the larger ones were heavy and hard for women to use. It'd help if they were sharpened regularly.

The house is beautiful and well cared for, and being less than a year old it had new amenities and lots of space. We were a bit unsure about booking a new detached villa, but we were glad we did. Everyone wished we'd booked more than one night and said they hoped to return for several days. The staff member, maybe the owner, was very welcoming and explained how the house was laid out. There are three bathrooms and four toilets, so it can handle a large group easily. Staff member(owner?) was so kind and sincere. The family's story, the opportunity is good!

Villa KOKO is lovely inside, sophisticated, tidy, and spotless, with very new furniture since it only opened last year. The kitchen has pots, pans, tableware, basic seasonings, coffee, and tea, so we just needed to buy ingredients at the supermarket and cook there. It also has useful toiletries, including toner, lotion, makeup remover, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's a Bluetooth speaker and a game console too. Seiji welcomed us warmly and was considerate. Whenever we needed help, he showed up right away. Villa KOKO is definitely worth visiting. I highly recommend it and would return without hesitation if I went to Kawaguchiko again.
