The view of Mt Fuji was awe inspiring, and the owner was so helpful throughout our stay. Everything worked and the rooms were clean, with all the amenities plus extra blankets and pillows. They were a bit small, though, and the place felt somewhat isolated. The walk to and from the bus station was lovely, but took under 15 minutes and still felt tiring for older people. We had a lovely stay.

Fuji-san was right there from the jacuzzi, such an incredible view. The host and his family were kind and helpful, and always just a text away. The home stay is in a quiet residential area, about a 10-minute walk from the kawaguchiko bus station. I hadn't heard of this lovely place until family recommended it. We loved it and will bring the whole family back soon.

There’s a huge glass window and balcony upstairs with a view over Mt. Fuji, and the owner left us complimentary snacks and drinks. The second floor also has the living room, shower, laundry area, kitchen, and dining space. Downstairs are the rooms and washroom, with a Harry Potter theme in the rooms that was a nice touch. The villa was clean and organized when we arrived. Its exterior looks prestigious and inviting, and it’s a few minutes’ walk from Kawaguchiko station in the middle of a residential neighborhood. A very lovely place to stay in the Kawaguchiko area. We’ll definitely be back.

We were very happy at Sakura Fuji. You can see FUJI MT from the private terrace, and the location worked perfectly for us. The room was as clean as in the listing photos. Everything we needed was there, especially for cooking and BBQ. The owner was friendly and very helpful.
