The house had everything my family needed, and it was a very comfortable stay. It's a five-minute walk to the red-line bus stop, with Supermarket Ogino within walking distance. There's also a Hoto restaurant nearby that I highly recommend. The setup is self check-in, and the host sends instructions for getting inside. There are two floors. Downstairs are two large bedrooms, one with four single beds and one with two double beds, so eight people can fit easily. We didn't use the upstairs, which has three futon rooms. There's a toilet on each floor. All the downstairs rooms had heaters. We visited in June, and it got chilly at night, so we used them. The kitchen and dining area had a stove, microwave, plates, mugs, and other utensils, plus instant coffee and tea. There were two shower rooms, a separate toilet room, and a washing machine. Toiletries were provided, and there were plenty of clean towels.

The room seemed fine, though a bit dusty. The place is also some distance from the station.

We were a group of 14 and had a great stay. The kitchen was roomy and had all the appliances we needed. There were two showers, two toilets, two sinks, and a washer-dryer, which suited the group size. We couldn't work out how to use the machine properly for both washing and drying, though, so we used dryers for the laundry. Most rooms were quite spacious. One was cramped and didn't have the little luggage alcove the others had. It was supposedly meant for three people, but I can't see how three could fit. Luckily, we didn't need to use it that way. Each room had Japanese-style chairs and a table, I think.

Plenty of space and quite comfortable. The stairs are a little steep, but I was very satisfied, and the convenience store is fairly close.
