I admitted I should have checked the details, but the pricing still left a bad impression. I arrived at 5pm and saw an overnight rate of about 14,000 yen on the touch panel, so I thought that was what I’d pay. The actual charge was 20,000 yen because a small notice below the panel said check-in starts at 7pm. When I called to ask about it, the woman on the phone responded in an intimidating way: “Of course there's an extension fee if you check in after 5pm, right?” That attitude bothered me more than the price confusion, and I don’t feel like using the service again.

The air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t sleep, but with it running the room still got so hot that I was sweating. I opened the window partway through the night, and then the biker gangs and cars outside were so noisy it was uncomfortable. Please replace or maintain that old unit. The bathroom wallpaper in Room 302 still had poop on it. It was filthy. Had someone stepped on it after using the toilet? Why hadn’t it been cleaned? At least the location is close to the beach, Mos Burger, and a supermarket. Free parking was nice, and I could go out easily.

The amenities were excellent and high quality, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. This is the best love hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m in Fujisawa. Thank you.

The place was dirty and the walls were thin. They also told me the hotel was fully booked when there were empty rooms.
