The public address speaker had an irritating coil whine. We only got one body towel, and although our room was the third-highest category, it was smaller than the photos. For how old the place is, the price felt high.

Each room has a different interior, so the place looks stylish, and it's close to the station. But the listing says there’s a steam sauna, and it isn't available. Maybe they don't have enough cleaning staff, since only the more expensive rooms seem to be in operation.

The baths in the rooms I've used have all been on the large side, and the location near the station is quite convenient. But the price is high for facilities that feel old. It takes a while for the air conditioner and heater to get the room comfortable, too, so I wish the rates reflected that. The road to the entrance isn't especially busy, though several apartment buildings are around it. If you're self-conscious about being seen, coming and going could feel awkward.

The building itself was clean and nice, but my drink didn't come out when I pressed the button, so I had to call staff inside. I was sure I'd left my earrings by the pillow before bed, and they weren't in the trash, so I thought they must still be there. When I asked about them, the response felt very formal and distant. I checked my belongings and called again, but they spoke as if to say, “Not you again.” Nothing moved forward unless I started the conversation.
