We had a lovely time here and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautifully built, with wood floors and tatami mats, and there’s plenty of room to relax, with two lounge areas and a deck set up with a BBQ, tables, and chairs. The kitchen has everything for cooking, too. It’s tucked near the woods, but restaurants are only a short drive away, and the place works well as a base for seeing the Mt. Fuji area. A car would be handy, though public transport might be nearby as well. The internet was a little slow, and being in the woods means dealing with bugs like mosquitoes and ants. We’d love to come back.

The house is beautiful and set in a quiet, secluded spot among the forest, with parking available if you bring a car. It’s also close to restaurants, Mt. Fuji, cultural sights, and nature. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, and they’d provided all the amenities we needed. I really enjoyed staying here.
