The room was huge by Japan standards and came with a kitchen, and parking was included. I also loved how easy the private onsen on the balcony was to use. The staff's English was excellent, which made things convenient. Breakfast was the one small letdown, but at this price I can't really complain. Everything else was perfect.

I liked the private onsen, especially after spending a long day out, and the location worked well for getting to Fuji-Q, with a bus stop not far away. The rooms were clean and spacious, though it got a little cold at times and the heating was pretty loud. Breakfast was somewhat limited. A bit of fruit would've been nice.

The bath houses were decent, the pillows were above average, and the staff spoke fluent English. Those were the redeeming points. Otherwise, this was the worst and most expensive hotel of our trip, and I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money here. The walls were paper thin. I could hear the neighbors in the bathroom, talking, and snoring. Our bathroom smelled strongly of sewer, and the bed was painfully stiff. Across the street, the amusement park's screams carried right to our bed until 10pm. There was a quiet-time sign saying 8am-6pm, but it wasn't followed or enforced. The free breakfast was rice, sausage, powdered eggs, and lukewarm yogurt. The ¥600 coin laundry took 3.5 hours to dry our clothes only partway. Don't be fooled by the pictures, this “hotel” felt more like a hostel. Again, I wouldn't stay here.

The area is easy to explore on foot, with lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and spoke excellent English. Our stay was great, especially the onsite bathhouse, which was incredibly restorative. Each morning there was a free breakfast with delicious food.

We were tucked away in the woods, and the room was gorgeous and super clean. The private Onsen was lovely, and you can reserve one of the onsens in the main building for a while too. Breakfast was included and really tasty. The location is convenient, close to Fuji Q highland, restaurants, and a store for anything you might need. Loved our stay and would come back.
