A handy place for getting to both the train station and the airport, and the price was very good. The rooms are small and hard to ventilate, so mine felt stuffy even in winter. Still, it worked well for a stay of two or three nights.

The Hakata Harp, an Irish-themed pub downstairs, was a nice bonus. The hotel was close to the subway, red light district, convenience stores, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. For what we paid at the time, it was great value. The bathroom may suit people under six feet better, and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of toiletries.

I could still smell strong cigarette smoke even though my room was supposed to be non-smoking. It was tiny, almost like a train sleeping compartment. The shower room was small too, but clean and stocked with a full set of toiletries. For a night's sleep, I think this hotel works.

I stayed here in 2015 with my then-girlfriend, now my wife. We had trouble sleeping in the miniature bed, though the hotel and room were very clean. The room was small, but the attentive, friendly staff made up for that for me. A good budget choice if you just need somewhere to rest and sleep.
