With only eight rooms, the place stays nice and quiet. It’s a good option for a family or a few people travelling together, and the rooms are modern, very clean, and well equipped.

The bathroom dryer dried the room very quickly, and the soundproofing was good since our room didn’t face the street. I stayed four nights in a quadruple room, Friday to Tuesday in February 2026, for an average of about 6100 yen per night. With Fukuoka hotel prices so high, the rate seemed reasonable. The room was a decent size and moderately clean, though a bit dark. It’s an unmanned hotel with self-check-in, about a 10-minute walk to Tenjin Minami, which felt a little out of the way. There’s a cheap, convenient supermarket nearby, the only real plus of staying here. Pretty average overall, but fine as somewhere to sleep during a long stay.

We had a great time here. The place is unmanned, but the person at the check-in desk spoke Korean fluently, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable or worried. There were three of us, and I think five could fit without trouble. The toilet, sinks, and shower are in separate spaces, so a larger group can use them easily. There’s lots of room to sit and spread out suitcases, and the kitchenware and pots came in handy.

I paid about 6000 RMB per night for five days and four nights. It’s roughly a 10-minute walk to the city center, and the room is fairly spacious, with a shared area for opening suitcases. There’s no crib, and the elevator is small. Check-in is self-service, and Chinese-speaking customer service is available. The toilet and shower are separate, with two sinks. The shower has a heated bathtub and you can adjust the water temperature. There’s also a balcony and various appliances. The surroundings were acceptable. I got there by public transport and paid through Booking.com.
