The staff were gracious, and the hotel is conveniently located, though it was too noisy to leave the window open. The room felt small for the price. We paid about 2600 yen per day for the breakfast plan. There were fish and stew dishes, hot corn soup, and other Asian options, but I couldn't find enough that suited my taste. Sliced pineapple was the only fruit alongside plain yoghurt, and the coffee was weak. The waffle maker and toaster oven were tucked into a corner, where people gathered to watch their food and blocked access.

I booked three rooms, and they all had the same unpleasant smell. Ventilation was minimal, and the air conditioning only blew hot air. Compared with 2023 and 2024, the service and room amenities have dropped significantly, and the cleaning was horrible. It feels overpriced because of its popularity. I won't stay here again; other local hotels at the same price offer much better value.

The location was good, but cramped rooms, poor condition, and a rushed check-in spoiled the stay. The rooms are very small even by Japan's standards, the bedding was dirty, and the place needs an urgent overhaul. I'd pay more to stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was a mouthwatering full meal, and the staff were friendly and always smiling. The location is wonderful, in the Tenjin area and quite close to a metro station.

There are convenience stores nearby, and reaching the metro takes about five minutes, so getting around is easy. At night, though, the soundproofing isn't very good. The pillow was also really flat and uncomfortable to sleep on.
