We needed a larger place for five of us, my parents, me, my husband, and my son, and this worked perfectly for our family trip. It isn't in the main city, but the area is calm and peaceful, not a tourist spot. The building felt more like a Japanese family home than a hotel, with a small kitchen, laundry room, and lots of closets. Fukuoka Tower is within walking distance.

The hotel was nice and quiet, with AC and convenience stores close by. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even though my Japanese is horrendous. They patiently helped me ship my luggage to another city. Thank you to the staff 🤝
The location was good, with the nearest bus station, a park, the baseball stadium, and several konbinis, including Lawson and 7 Eleven, all walkable. The suites had lots of space and storage, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was convenient, though it took literally a day to dry one pair of jeans. Service was pleasant overall. They delivered towels, robes, and toothbrushes daily, cleaned every three days, and stuck firmly to that schedule. The desk also had bath salts, tea, and coffee to choose from. Still, this place has a lot of potential but needs a major renovation and facelift. I'm surprised it's rated as a 4-star hotel. It feels like a graveyard of sterile 90s corporate office furniture, and I think they're charging too much compared with other places in the city. My partner and I stayed in two suites because we had to move after discovering a day and a half in that the wired Wi-Fi in the first one didn't work. I had emailed ahead about a package I'd shipped to the hotel, and my name was on the reservation, but they sent it back to the sender. Both suites were basic and badly needed new furniture. The first had an old, stained couch, and although the photos and floor plan showed a dining table, there wasn't one. Both patios were dirty and needed cleaning. The couch in the second suite was so worn you could see every spring, and it was too uncomfortable to use. At these prices, that's unacceptable. Wi-Fi also dropped out randomly for a few seconds throughout the day. If you work remotely and have calls, be warned. We even plugged in stronger routers, but that didn't help. Our booking included kitchenware, which they charge extra for, but we had to fight to get it at check-in. The facility listings are misleading: pool access isn't included, and the fitness center is independently owned and costs extra. They nickel and dime guests for everything. The elevators close so aggressively that the timing should be adjusted to give people time to get in and out. It was summer, yet the pool wasn't due to open for another month, which seemed odd and wasteful. There was also an empty beer vending machine in the lobby that clearly hadn't worked for some time. The daily laundry dryer was convenient, but taking a day for jeans is ridiculous.
Friendly staff, and the rooms are spacious and big. They're lovely, and even come with balconies.
The apartment had a small kitchen with a sink, hot water pot, microwave, single burner, and half-size refrigerator. There was also a bathroom with a bath and washing machine, plus patios with a view. Internet was included. The pool was nice, but pretty useless since it only opens in July. The location is handy for Yahoo dome, Momochi beach, and Fukuoka city history museum.
