The place is spacious, very new, and everything looked clean and comfortable. It’s in a central spot, just minutes from Canal City mall, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There’s no staff on site, but the arrival instructions are clear. Remember to have cash or a card ready for the Fukuoka accommodation tax. There’s a washing machine but no dryer, so you have to dry clothes in the bathroom. No parking on site, though there’s paid parking across the street.

We stayed on May 2026, four adults and two children. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and supermarkets and convenience stores were close by. There’s also a delicious burger place downstairs. There was no sterilizer, crib, or baby bathtub, so it isn’t suitable for young babies. I’d choose this hotel again if I came back to Fukuoka.

The check-in is unmanned: enter your guest details on the tablet inside to get the door and room codes. Once inside, the hotel felt bright and spacious, with four double beds that were very comfortable. Since it had only opened in April, all the furniture was new. The door sealed so tightly and kept out sound so well that I couldn’t hear the rain outside. A fantastic hotel!

The room is incredibly spacious, and Canal City is nearby. Tenjin Minami is also close enough to go back and forth without much trouble. Finding the entrance door can be a little tricky.
