10/10
The hotel is close to several stations, and downtown Fukuoka is an easy walk away. It took me about 15 minutes from the door to get to the airport. The room was spacious, with a good-sized desk, a comfortable bed, and a new look with nice touches in the style.

The bathroom smelled strongly and unpleasantly of urine. Staff helped move me to another room, but it had the same odor, so I had to use the public bath to shower. For the price, there are better options. This hotel doesn't deserve a four-star rating.

We drove, and the location was very good. The rooms were clean, and I hadn't expected the hotel to have onsens too. Good value for the price. I just wish the staff were friendlier.

10/10
The bathroom looked a little dated next to the rest of the room, but that was about the only downside. Nothing else really bothered us. I stayed four nights with my wife. The room and hotel were nicely designed, and having a small seating area was a nice touch. The location was convenient for stores, food and train stations, and we had no trouble getting there from the airport at night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff were helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was good quality.
