Breakfast was good in both quality and variety, though the buffet had the same dishes every day during our 4nights stay. I just changed what I picked each time. There’s a Lawson you can reach directly from the hotel elevator area, and the room even had a massage pillow, great after a long day of walking. There’s also a coin-operated massage chair by the onsen on the first floor. The hotel is conveniently placed near Hakata Bus, Train, and Subway station, but the area itself is on the quieter side. Our room was relatively large for Japan, especially compared with Tokyo or Osaka. Great value for money.

It was easy to send our luggage on to the next place, thanks to the kind receptionists. The hotel is very nice, with a tasty breakfast buffet and a convenient Lawson downstairs. The room was small, as expected, though I wish there had been a bit more space to open our luggage. Being so close to Hakata station was a big plus.

The location is great, but the hygiene was poor. The room was so small that we had to close our luggage whenever we wanted to go out or use the toilet. There was someone’s toothpick on the floor and hair on the toilet wall. The toilet smelled too.

We picked this hotel for the onsen, and it turned out even better than we expected. The onsen was amazing and such a beautiful place. Our room was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the restaurants served delicious food. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Great hotel!

The rooms are tiny, but the location and price are hard to beat, just a 5 mins walk from the station. There’s a public sauna, and a Lawson right below the hotel. Staff speak English and are very helpful.
