I wouldn't stay here again, especially for what we paid. The apartment smelled bad, and the floor was dirty even though we left our shoes by the entrance. The bed was uncomfortable and had been made messily, and one bin still had trash from the previous guests. Construction had the sliding doors, presumably leading to a balcony, covered in plastic from outside and they couldn't be opened. They were so thin that sound came through as if they were open. The bathroom walls had cracks patched with silicone, and the water pressure was poor. We managed for one night, but I can't recommend the hotel.

A basic, clean room, and you get what you pay for. It was hard to find and check in.

The room itself was spotless, with new air conditioning, and I was comfortable there. A little torn wallpaper didn't bother me. The washing machine and iron also made it seem suitable for a longer stay. Finding the entrance was tricky because of exterior construction, but I got there safely. I was supposed to enter with a code sent by email, though the message had landed in my spam folder, lol. If the email hasn't arrived, it may be worth checking spam.

The room was a little bigger, but it hadn't been refreshed from the previous night. The futon and towels were already used, and the trash can was still full. It was cheap, but I don't think I'd stay again.

Even with the heater running, the dirty room wouldn't warm up. I checked inside the air conditioner and was shocked at how much dust had built up. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and I felt no consideration for customers. This management company is truly awful.
