A nice place to stay in Fukuoka!

The location was a little disappointing, since it takes a while to walk from the station and the bus ride is also a bit long. Still, I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Fukuoka. The host was very friendly, and the room comfortably fits 4-6 people, making it a great choice for a family trip. The bathroom and toilet were very nice, and having kitchen items like chopsticks provided was convenient.

There are convenience stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby, so getting supplies is easy. It's a good base for sightseeing, but really best if you only need somewhere to sleep. We chose this place for a family trip with small children instead of a hotel. The room is a standard studio apartment, with almost no entryway, so taking off shoes is a bit awkward. The table is small and seats only four, making meals difficult for a larger group. Soundproofing isn't great: you may hear cars in the parking lot out front and planes because Fukuoka Airport is nearby. The downstairs neighbor apparently complained when the children ran around, so making noise in the room is a problem. We asked about leaving our luggage before check-in, and since the previous guests had checked out early that day, we were able to check in before noon. If you need to store luggage, I recommend asking in advance.

It's a quiet, pleasant residential neighborhood, with a supermarket close by and a drugstore right outside. Hakata Station is about 15-20 minutes away, and transport options aren't great.
