The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, including on the air conditioner, floor, desk, and TV. There was hair from previous guests on the floor and mattresses, and the bedding and mattresses were stained and disgusting. The bunk bed was just a metal frame with a wooden board covering only a third of it. The mattress was so thin that I could feel the metal grid, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The washing machine broke halfway through, so I had to finish washing my clothes by hand. There was nowhere to store luggage, and check-in wasn’t until after 4 p.m.

The room was clean and spacious, and late check-out was available. There are vending machines and combini’s just around the corner. But check-in after 1600 is ridiculously late and left us in an uncomfortable spot.

It’s a nice place, but the location wasn’t good for us. It’s outside the city center.

I was left on my own until 4 p.m. on check-in day, unable to reach anyone. I had booked through Agoda, but the hotel didn’t honor the reservation. Agoda got my money refunded, but beware. The other reviews are very bad, and for good reason.

It’s about an eight-minute walk from the station, but the room cleaning was terrible. Dust and trash in the corners were common, and cockroaches were crawling around. I arrived at check-in time, but the tablet wasn’t ready, so I had to wait outside for 30 minutes. To speak to a staff member who speaks English or Japanese, call the number on the door.
