I stayed here for training at the nearby Food Hygiene Hall, since the hotel that used to be nearby had closed a few years ago. It’s surprisingly convenient when I have business at the hall, as the only way there is by subway or JR from Hakata Station. This is a no-frills, apartment-like place, perhaps intended for private lodging, with no on-site front desk or restaurant. You need to pick up the keys elsewhere, but at checkout you can just leave. For meals, you’ll have to eat out, use convenience stores, or cook at home. The supermarket is far away.
