The hotel felt warm and welcoming, with a slightly old-fashioned atmosphere, and seemed well maintained. Amenities are set out beside reception, so you can just take what you need. We stayed on a room-only plan the night before our Disney trip, along with several other families doing the same. We didn’t eat at any restaurants, but the hotel is in the city center and there seem to be plenty nearby. Disney is only about 30 minutes away, so the access was fine. Thanks for looking after us for the night.

The front desk staff were welcoming, and I liked that the smoking area separates regular cigarettes from e-cigarettes. My room was roomy enough for a family with kids, even though the place seems geared toward business stays, and it was spotless with lots of little details taken care of. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, but it was quiet for a city location and there’s a convenience store nearby. This was my first stay, and I’d happily come back.
The price was very reasonable, and the front desk staff were helpful. We were a family of four visiting Disneyland and Tokyo over New Year’s, and the kids liked the spacious, thoroughly cleaned room so much that they wanted to head back and relax after Disneyland. It’s a quick train ride into Tokyo, and getting to Disneyland by car was convenient too. The hotel was simple, but had what we needed and a very clean front desk. Everything was close by when we returned. We all said we’d stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo, lol. Thanks for the lovely memories, and I hope you enjoy your stay.
It’s reassuring to stay in the family rooms with children. They have diaper bins, baby foam soap in the bathroom, and outlet guards. There’s also a laundry room behind the front desk now, added after the renovation. I always appreciate the hospitality when I come back to my hometown.
The room itself was spacious, with a double bed, desk and chair, plus a table and sofa. There was a humidifier and air purifier, and I appreciated having an outlet right by the pillow. The bath and toilet are separate, and the tub is big enough to relax in. Bath salts are available by the front desk. The only issues I noticed were wallpaper peeling in places and just one elevator. I stayed in November 2025. Before check-in, they held my suitcase so I could look around and visit LaLaport. The room key is a standard key, which you leave at the front desk when going out. On the second floor there’s coin laundry, vending machines, and a smoking area, and it seems you can buy alcohol at the desk. The drum washer takes two hours for a wash and dry: 700 yen for 3kg, with smaller sizes at 600 yen. I’d been concerned because Jalan didn’t list a laundry room, so I was relieved it was available. For the prices these days, when hotels are expensive, this is very reasonable. The front desk staff were friendly, and I found it good value.
