Our check-in directions were out of date when we arrived. We called the number from the app, and the person who answered mocked us for half an hour before saying he was actually the house’s previous owner. The owner then sent the right code through the app. When we explained what had happened, he said it had nothing to do with him and suggested contacting the app’s customer service if we wanted.
