Furano Tsuru Apartments

Hiro was a great host, and we’d definitely recommend Tsuru Apartments. Our family of five spent seven nights there in mid-January 2026 in a two-bedroom apartment. The kids had three single beds in the second bedroom. There was plenty of space for a ski resort apartment, with a good living area, large bathroom, washing machine with a dryer function, and a second toilet. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils, but it was a minor issue for us. The apartment was very clean. It’s about a 400-metre uphill walk to either the quad chair or the gondola station. Restaurants, bars, cafes and small grocery stores in Kitanomine are around a five-minute walk away. Across the bridge in the main town there are larger grocery stores and many more restaurants. The skiing was great.

Hero, the apartment owner, went far out of his way to get my bag back after it was stolen from the airport. I’m really grateful. He also helped us out with lift tickets. The apartments are great and close to the lifts. I stayed for seven nights.

We stayed for three nights as a family in a whole apartment, with the living room and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Although it was -3 degrees in Furano in December, the house was warm and cozy. The rooms were super clean, the beds comfortable, the toilets spotless, and everything was well maintained and in good condition. Mr Hiro, the manager, was very friendly and kind, and helped us sort out transport in the area. We had a very good stay and would definitely choose this place again if we return to Furano.
