A real gem, and I'd come back in a heartbeat. There are several fantastic onsens to try, plus a relaxing library area. I loved the traditional furniture and the view of the laguna esplanade.

A great place for a break. Our room was spacious, clean, and in Ryokan style, with a perfect view. The staff were lovely and brought fresh towels and yukatas each day. The baths were just right. Thank you!

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're not Japanese. The hotel is worn down and made me think of East Germany in 1990. About 95% of the guests were Japanese. Dinner was a terrible buffet, and the area nearby felt deserted and ugly. The onsen was really big and great, but the rest was terrible. We spent one night in winter 2024. One star from a foreigner.

I had a really enjoyable stay. The Japanese-style rooms are beautiful, the baths are great and refreshing, and the traditional bar is nice. The staff were fantastic and more than helpful. They were very accommodating even though I only speak basic Japanese. Thanks, guys!

A nice place for a family get-together. The room was big, with more space than you'd expect for the price, and breakfast was awesome. There were lots of Chinese tourists. The hotel sits up on a mountain, so getting there is a little difficult if you don't have your own car.
