The meals were wonderful and felt generous for the price. We had sashimi, sobagaki, soba noodles, and Hida beef, among other things, and both my stomach and heart were full. What really stood out was the hot spring water. I visited in February, and the source water felt around 15℃. It was strong enough that I couldn't stay in for more than ten seconds at first. Switching between that and the heated bath cleared my head, and I ended up alternating about ten times. I loved it, especially the refreshing feeling afterward. I've stayed at many inns around Japan, but none have made me want to return as strongly as this one. I'll definitely be back.
