The room was bigger than in the other hotels we've stayed at in Japan, and being able to control its temperature individually was a plus. Breakfast was adequate, and the location was superb, right beside Gotemba station. The free shuttle bus stop for Gotemba Premium Outlet was just across from the hotel.

We had a quiet, cozy, spacious room and a great view of Mount Fuji. The hotel is a short walk from the train and bus station, with restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Breakfast and coffee anytime were free, the staff were very friendly, and there was a free shuttle bus to Gotemba Premium Outlet. This was my best hotel experience in Japan. Highly recommended!

The rooms looked as good as new, and we got to see the beauty of Mt. Fuji from this hotel. It was in a great location and the breakfast was superb too. We'll definitely visit again!

Breakfast was delicious, and we liked the amenities in the compact but comfortable room. We stayed for two nights and had an amazing time. The hotel is really close to Gotemba station, and the shuttle to the Gotemba Premium outlets is just feet away. Gotemba is a nice city to visit, and if I return to Japan, I'll book here again.

Our triple room had a great view of Mt Fuji. The hotel is conveniently close to the train station and bus stop, including the free bus to Gotemba premium outlet.
