We had a twin on the sixth floor, with two comfortable, good-sized beds, a decent-sized room, and a comfortable shower room. The window opens. Breakfast was simple but had a good selection. The staff were very kind and greeted us warmly. It's about a five-minute walk from the station, along an easy route. There's luggage storage, so you can leave your bags safely and go see the area if you get there before the 15:00 check-in. The location is handy for visiting the surrounding area, and there are loads of restaurants nearby to suit different tastes. The washing machines and a vending machine are on the second floor. The washer has a 5 kg capacity, costs 300 yen, and runs a 30-minute cycle depending on the load.

The rooms were quite sufficient, and the staff were kind, including when they held our luggage. Getting to public transit, both the tram and JR, takes a bit longer than at other hotels, but it's still close enough. We had a fantastic experience.

For this price range, our twin was roomier than other places we've stayed, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are new and clean after a full renovation, with a nice big flat-screen on the wall. It's a five-minute walk from the station, and I'd definitely recommend it for the price.

The location is great, but I found the place far too uncomfortable. The rooms were boiling hot, and everything was incredibly noisy. Water dripped in the bathroom, while the air conditioner banged and clicked. The walls and doors are so thin, practically like paper. It might do if you have no other options, but I really need sleep.

My room this time was on the second floor, right by the street and beside the laundry room, so I didn't enjoy the stay as much as I have at other hotels in this chain. The bed pillow was ridiculously thin. I asked the staff for a thicker one, and they brought it to my room straight away. The location is good, but the station isn't as close as at other APA hotels in other cities. The overall look is similar to the chain's other hotels, but the atmosphere felt a little different, more open and less private, especially in the lobby.
