The hosts were so kind to us, and brought us great cake and melon. We hardly ever meet people like them. You'll love this guesthouse. It's well equipped and very, very clean. The decor has an old-school look 😉, but that didn't really matter.

We arrived earlier than we'd told the hosts, but they still made us feel completely welcome. The place is beautiful, and they shared helpful tips about sights and food around hakodate. We also enjoyed the fruit and matcha cake. When it was time to leave, the host offered us a ride to the station. One of the best experiences I've had so far.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was friendly. We really enjoyed the welcome gift, and the price was affordable. It's a great base for the market, warehouse, and Hakodate mountain cable. The airport express bus stop, "Bay Area Front（bus )", is only a five-minute walk away. The fare to the airport is 460 yen, and the ride takes about 35 minutes.

I travel a lot, and this was one of my best hotel stays. The owner offered me a ride from the train station and also offered to drop me off in town. They had brochures for local events and knew what was happening while I was there, so I could find things to go see.

A great find, with spotless rooms, plenty of space, comfortable facilities, and a friendly, helpful owner. I'd highly recommend it for families or groups of friends.
