The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the onsen has a nice sea view. The hotel is close to Hakodate Airport, with a bus stop just a few minutes away on foot. There’s a roomy lobby with good sea views and a pleasant play area for kids.

We spent three days here. The room faced the oceanfront, rather than just having an ocean view. Breakfast and dinner were buffets. There’s a coffee machine, and you can sit on the sofa or an armchair and look out at the beach. Outside, there’s a foot hot spring where you can soak while watching the water, and there are hot springs inside the hotel too.

The view was beautiful, and there were plenty of chairs where I could sit with coffee and look out at the ocean. I felt comfortable at the resort. I went to the 8th-floor onsen at night, but it was quite busy, and the bathroom felt too small, so I had to wait a long time to use it. At checkout, a middle-aged woman was warm and cheerful. She was enthusiastic about taking our pictures and suggested good spots for photos. I really appreciated her kindness. Thank you very much.

This was one of my favorite hotels during my winter trip to Hokkaido. I stayed in a tatami room that was comfortable, with separate flooring for different areas rather than steps. The toilet and shower were separate, and the room had a humidifier and air conditioning I could adjust myself. The front desk helped when I needed the humidifier refilled. I loved the sea view and the little door near reception that opens straight onto the beach. There’s a souvenir shop and a children’s play area on the first floor. The hotel is right beside the botanical gardens, where you can walk over to see monkeys skinny-dipping in the onsen.
