The room was set up as shown and had what we needed for cooking as a family, especially since nearby restaurants close early at night. Be aware of the slope and uneven rock pavement between the station and the unit. There's no data network, so you'll need to use Wi-Fi. A travel tip: at OH58 station on the Tozan Cable Car, get off on the LEFT side. Otherwise, you'll have to take a big detour or wait for the next car to go through to the left side.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and bright, with a nice airy feel. We watched the sunset together from the rooftop, which had a lovely view. The only thing I couldn't figure out was how to switch off the front porch light.

The rooftop access was a nice feature, and this was a really great place overall. It could be more difficult to get to with large luggage.

A comfortable, nice place to stay for a couple of days in Hakone, especially if you need somewhere in Gora.

It was a really peaceful stay. The place is lovely and quiet, with the station and shops conveniently close by.
