Hakuba Park Hotel

The staff were so accommodating, and the hotel is really close to the field. After skiing, having the drying room and bath in the deluxe room was a dream. Seriously, book that room.

We came from New Zealand and are hooked on skiing, and this hotel covered what we needed. There are good transport options, it's close to the snow, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat. Each morning the staff at Hakuba Park Hotel welcomed us with a great breakfast. They sorted out discounted lift passes, and a bus that picks you up runs past the hotel. The rooms work perfectly for a ski trip, there's an Onsen downstairs, and the drying room for ski gear is awesome. Simply awesome, highly recommended.

Breakfast was excellent and included in the room price. The place is small, neat, and clean, with good prices and friendly, helpful people. See Jun, who's very helpful.

ting hsiu was our favourite, helping with everything from bus schedules to recommendations and making the place feel like home. We loved staying here. It's adorable, the location is incredible for skiing, and the staff were super helpful.
