Haus Yuki was the most memorable place we’ve stayed away from home. We spent seven nights there with our six-month-old, and the team kindly provided a portable cot and high chair. The concierge staff were available to help with bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements, and they went above and beyond for our family. The chalet is beautiful inside and out, with a warm, cozy wooden interior that felt especially inviting after fresh snow overnight in winter. There are common areas both upstairs and downstairs, which gave our group good places to relax and regroup. We can’t wait to return to Haus Yuki in the years ahead. It made a short holiday feel like home.

A good place for a group of eight to come back to after a day on the slopes. The house looked just like the online photos, which is rare, and the staff were very responsive before we arrived. It added a lot to the fun of our Hakuba ski trip.
