We loved our stay here. The apartment was huge, spotless, and stocked with all the dishes and kitchen supplies we needed. Its views of the ski resort were perfect, and the chair lift is right across the street. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the free shuttles took us wherever we wanted to go.

There was plenty of space to unwind in the well-equipped apartment, with kitchen items, laundry, ski storage, and everything else we needed. The concierge team was great about handling our requests, and the shuttle made it easy to reach restaurants and the different resorts. We had a wonderful stay at Mountainside and would happily come back to Hakuba.

We used Hakuba as a base to explore the rest of Nagano during the off-peak season, and Anna and Azuzu took great care of us. They speak flawless English. Hakuba Mountainside is an amazing property, close to amenities and, during the season, the foot of a gondola. We'd come back next season!

The rooms were large, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The reception team was very helpful, and the hotel shuttle was almost always available for quick trips around town and to the shops. Great location and service.
