The staff were warm and really attentive, and the location made meals and drinks easy, with places to eat all around. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with a kitchen. The toilet was shared, and there was an ofuro bath.

I thought we'd need a car to find dinner because the area might be quiet, but at least in winter it was lively, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The place itself was really comfortable too.

We found the onsen clean and just right after skiing, and the staff were very nice. Our family of four stayed in late January and early February for our first time in Hakuba. The place was clean and spacious, in Echoland, close to the food truck park, several restaurants, and a Konbini. The shuttle stop was nearby, though the buses fill up quickly, so get in line early. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff made the evening fun, and they'd learned to speak English well. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location is just off the main strip. Five stars all the way. Thanks, legends, I'll be back!
