Getting to the ski slopes was easy, since the buses stop right outside. The owners were wonderful and looked after us so well. There’s no onsen at the hotel, but they lent us towels for the public one. We could use the fridge, microwave, hot water and tea. They don’t speak much English, so Google Translate came in handy. We had a really comfortable, friendly and enjoyable stay :)

The hosts were always glad to help, whether with places to eat and drink or a lift when we needed one. The room felt a little dated, but that suited the charm of the place. With the fire going, it had a lovely homely feel. We had such a nice stay and would definitely recommend it.
