The Seasons Apartments Hakuba

The apartment was spacious, modern, and clean, with the Hakuba Happo One slopes just a short walk away. Darren made the trip especially easy: he arranged private ski lessons for our kids, helped with gear rentals, picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, and gave us several rides for shopping. He was fantastic throughout. We’re already hoping to come back next year.

The snowy trees outside were beautiful to wake up to each morning, and getting around was easy with buses and the ski lift nearby. Restaurants were a short walk away, or we could use the owners’ free shuttle. My partner and I spent two weeks here during snow season in the lovely, clean, modern one-bedroom apartment. We’d absolutely return. Thanks for such a great stay.

The daily supermarket shuttle made it easy to stock up, and the apartment had what we needed for cooking, cleaning, and bathing. We were a family of four staying at The Seasons Apartments this February, and the team helped us plan from before we arrived through the trip itself. Darren and the others suggested ski resorts suited to our abilities and the snow conditions, and helped us book a few dinners, including places that could cater to our daughter's celiac. It was a wonderful stay, and we hope to return soon. Thanks to everyone!

The Snow Monkey Tour Darren suggested ended up being one of our Japan trip highlights. He also made our first visit to Hakuba easier by advising which train to take from Shinjuku and collecting us at Hakuba Station. Before we arrived, he helped organise snowboarding lessons and gear for my 13-year-old son. The brand-new, well-equipped The Seasons Apartments felt like home, with heated floors. We appreciated the afternoon supermarket run and his restaurant tips. Highly recommend!
