We've booked Powdersuites for ski season twice and would happily return. The houses are peaceful, clean, warm, and spacious, conveniently located for Hakuba Goryu and Hakuba 47, with the other resorts easy to reach by car. The hosts are responsive and very helpful, getting in touch well before arrival to make sure everything goes smoothly. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy, and having the vehicles ready when you arrive is a real convenience. The kitchen has what you need for cooking at home, the onsen bath is lovely after skiing, and the drying room fits gear for a family of five.

The Japanese style bathroom with its hot tub was a favourite after a hard day on the slopes. We also loved the fire and heated boot room for drying wet gear. It's a high quality place with everything needed to cook for yourself, and it's very close to the ski resorts. Property management was very responsive. Highly recommend for a Hakuba stay.

Jason and the team were quick to respond and really helpful. Powdersuites was a cozy chalet with everything our family of four needed. We'd definitely recommend it for skiing in Hakuba.

Having the van included made getting to the different mountains easy, since you really need a car around here. Jason and the team were also quick to help whenever we needed them. The suite itself was comfortable and nicely fitted out, and I especially liked the living room fireplace. The drying room was a handy extra too.

The location was hard to beat, and the service was fantastic. Jack deserves a special mention. Our suite was modern and had everything we needed.
