We were surprised by how roomy the 12th-floor room was. It was spotless and bright, and the WiFi was quick. The air-conditioning worked well too. Even though the hotel is near the station, it was really quiet inside. I'd stay again.

The room was spacious and the service was good. We also found the location handy, right by Hamamatsu station and close to restaurant lanes, shops, and izakayas. Great value, especially if you're arriving by Shinkansen. I'd recommend it for a Hamamatsu visit.

There’s a FamilyMart and a restaurant downstairs. Otherwise, things were fine, though the room was pretty cramped. There were only a few hangers and two wall hooks for clothes, and I wasn’t keen on the firm mattress.

The room was more spacious than at other hotels I’ve stayed in, and it was clean and comfortable. The lobby was spotless too, and the staff were very friendly. It had what I needed.

I felt safe using the elevator, since only hotel guests with room keys could operate it. The TV even let us check which washer and dryer were free. Staff were polite and elegant, and there’s a convenience shop on the ground floor that stays open 24 hours. The location was ideal, near the Shinkansen, shopping centres, bars, restaurants, and department stores. Thank you very much.
