Hotel JIN (Adult Only)

I can't say whether it was paranormal, but I heard a frightening rapping sound. I was staying alone and got so scared I called a friend. She told me she’d also experienced a poltergeist. It was scary. Addendum: I have no complaint about the hotel’s service, so please don’t worry about that. The paranormal experience itself was just really frightening. The owner and hotel don’t need to blame themselves for the service.

Mum washed my hair in the bath, and afterward we lay together in the big bed. I rested my face against her chest and listened to her heartbeat. It felt so safe that I almost forgot we were in a love hotel. Mum stroked me and said, “There, there, you're a good boy,” just like when I was little. As we left, the person at the front desk told us, “You make a close couple.” Mum and I looked at each other and grinned. We really are the best “couple” in the world.

I came for sightseeing, but a late-night drive on the highway meant I didn't arrive until around 4:00 AM. They kindly checked me in despite the late hour. The next morning I tried to leave early, around 10:30, even though the regular check-out time is 11:00. Since I'd checked in so late, they said I could take a little more time. I had other plans, so I reluctantly left anyway. The place is a bit old, but the room was spacious and the service was excellent. It was also close to Nakatajima Sand Dunes, my destination, which made the stay even better. Thanks so much. I'll definitely stay again when I visit Shizuoka.

I've stayed here several times because the rooms and prices are good. But the customer service was terrible, so I won't return. This time payment was handled by a staff member on the first floor instead of the usual in-room automated system. I gave them a discount coupon at checkout, but they didn't apply it. When I pointed that out, they said payment was already processed and told me to use the coupon next time, then handed it back. Couldn't they cancel the payment? How do they correct accounting mistakes? Did they think I wouldn't notice and just let me go? There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so I'd suggest choosing one of those. Addendum: Thanks for replying. A refund is fine, but please make sure the employee on duty at 11 PM on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 is properly addressed. It's especially disappointing because the other employees were so polite.
